TEL AVIV GAS STATIONS – MASTER PLAN FOR THE CITY.
Urban Policy for new construction of gas stations in Tel-Aviv Yaffo district Head of planning team in the preparation of a policy document which determines criteria for construction of fuelling stations in the Tel Aviv-Yaffo district. The document establishes standards of approval by which new fueling station will have to assume upon construction approval, as well as written instructions format to be included with the proposed plans. The policy resolution was developed by a multi-disciplinary team of experts following a comprehensive analysis and study of the existing conditions and needs of the city, from planning, architectural, visual, environmental, traffic, economic security and legal perspectives; as well as in accordance with a review of an inventory of existing laws, regulations, orders and instructions pertaining to fuelling station with input from professional advisors involved in the field on the behalf of the city and outside of it. The product is a handbook, which is an implementation device for professional agents in the city to examine initiatives of fuelling station constructions. Back |
