Architect Amos Brandeis is the principle and managing director of the planning firm, Chairman of Israel Planners Association (Feb 2006 - Feb 2012) and serves as an ambassador of IRF (International Riverfoundation, Australia).
Our international practice provides urban and regional planning services in all scales. We specialize in planning of river and lake restoration, environmental projects, cities, neighborhoods, large scale infrastructures, ports, tourism plans, and comprehensive regional plans.
Amos Brandeis gave numerous talks and presentations at academic, professional and public forums (many of them as keynote speaker) in different countries over 5 continents; Israel, Australia, USA, England, China, New Zealand, Spain, Italy, Germany, Burkina-Faso, Turkey and others.
Our practice won first prize of the "2011 Awards for Excellence" competition (Strategic planning category), of ISOCARP (International Society of City and Regional Planners), for the planning of "Rahat - The Largest Bedouin City in the World - Coexistence in the Middle East".
The Alexadner River Project a unique cross-border project in collaboration between Israelis and Palestinians, which Architect Amos Brandeis has been planning and managing since 1995, has won five important awards and extensive international acclaim, including what is considered to be one of the world's most important environmental awards - the 2003 International Riverprize (Brisbane, Australia).
